About Wyman
N. Wyman Winbush, II is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Jacksonville University (MBA). He is a 26 year employee of IBM, where he is currently an IBM Summit Program Manager (recruits and trains new employees). Prior to IBM Wyman served as a helicopter pilot and instructor in the US Navy. He retired as a Captain in the Naval Reserves with 30 years of total service. He continues to serve his nation as a key note speaker/trainer at the Navy's “Returning Warrior Weekend” sessions. Those 2.5 day sessions combine a heartfelt 'Thank You' with post deployment education for Iraq/Afghanistan veterans and their spouses. The program dresses the challenges associated with re-integration, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other challenges that our returning veterans face.
Wyman has over 20 years of speaking and training experience. He has dedicated his company, Kairos International, to equipping individuals to accomplish their maximum potential through his tailored lectures, workshops, seminars and consulting services. He has leveraged his military experience, volunteer service, corporate savvy and spiritual insight to inspire thousands of people to make the most of their natural abilities, to “THINK BIG” and to enjoy the journey on their road to success. He is liberal with his contributions of time, talent and treasure having served with the United Way, Hands on Jacksonville, the Blueprint for Leadership and Duval County Schools to name a few. He served 10 years as an gubernatorial appointee on the District Board of Trustees of the Florida State College at Jacksonville which included two years as Chairman. He currently serving on the Big Brothers and Sisters of Northeast Florida Board of Directors
Wyman and his wife Rosemary have three children. They are both active in their church where he is an ordained Elder serves as Pastor of Men. enjoys music, politics, and gourmet cooking.
